What if the rotary candle holder does not rotate?

If the blades are not spinning, be sure to make sure the blades are pointing as straight out as possible – this will let them catch the most heat going up from the candles. Check again to make sure there are no open doors or windows that could be disrupting the buildup of heat below the blades.
